Safeties advice

I have five safeties: 88 Sean Taylor, 87 Kamren Curl, 87 Eric Berry, 82 Jimmie Ward, and 81 Lewis Cine. Cine and Taylor get +1 acc/spd from the 25/50 CH. Where would you place these guys in Dollar, Nickel, 3-3, 3-3 Cub, and Big Nickel? Who would be the subLB, and who would be the high safeties?

Not sure about the formations, but I would put Taylor at subLB and Curl and Berry as high safeties.
