Missing XP from UK Field Pass

Did anyone else not receive the 20k Season XP from level 5 of the Ultimate Kickoff field pass? Or am I going crazy?

I had the same issue last night. Noticed that it still showed me at level 4 on the main screen but when I went into the rewards it shows I've unlocked it and nearly at level 6 so looks like a bug

Anyone else had this? Also tried to file a bug report but as always EA has a Bug with their bug report so you can't report -_-
