What are good stock plays for beating cover 3 and cover 2 blitzes?

I’ve noticed in squads I’ve been getting bagged against cover 3 and 2 blitzes. The most frustrating thing is it’s squads so I can’t motion players and move players to certain blocking positions if I want them to block. What would be good stock plays that don’t require motioning to deal with blitzes and specifically cover 3 and 2 blitzes?

Also for cover 3 the user is usually aware of the seam threat so they user that as well which is my only quick pass option I can think of

For cover 3 I like to hit out routes. My outside receivers almost always get open and you can get 8 yards or take it to the house. They get open enough to where they usually will quit running cover 3 every play. 
 

For cover 2, I run or try to hit drags and in routes between the hashes.
