I have not seen this card glitch with the Team Captains, however it's definitely been happening with other players/cards/promos -- namely i received many duplicates of the Rookie Premier sets (not all, but many), as well as dozens upon dozens of the 78 OVR Kenny Pickett (i think) login reward / bonus from a glitch where i got stuck and couldn't actually log into the game for a while...
