I pulled this a couple days ago from the strat card coin rolls....I can't equip, can't do anything with it...anyone have any idea what the heck this is???

It looks like most of the strategy cards are bugged/wrong skill. I mostly see pursuit on them all. Run stopper should be blockshed not pursuit I think...
