Can you slot him in at CB with his golden ticket and also at mlb with his BB card ? Does it allow you to use both in defence since it’s the same person?

Haven't tried it. Haven't tried it but usually the policy is you can't have 2 of the same player on the same side of the ball.

I know that’s the case but I was hoping since it was 2 difference cards you can but I don’t want the buy the mlb one for no reason if it’s not possible I really only want the BB one for my mlb 2 spot it dosent see the field but for special teams with lumberjack could be good use I wanted to try it out

No, you can't have two of the same player even if it's different positions.

I didn't try it. But I know you aren't able to use WR Carmichael and HB Carmichael on the same team so unless EA messed up it should be the same for MLB and CB.
