That's too tough if you don't specify pocket or scrambler, lots of good players

I don't think it would change much besides QBs that are considered outdated because of their ability buckets being better.

GT Vick, Lamar, or Shazier would probably still be considered the best because of their stats.

Maybe Moldbreakers Roman Gabriel gets a slight boost but I think his release would still be a downside compared the top options
