Does madden 23 have Homefield advantage for new gen and is it in Mut?

I play on old gen but will be upgrading before 24 comes out and I'm wondering if madden 23 still has HF advantage like 22 did and if its for Mut or just regular online play? I can understand if its not for Mut cause you'd have players using the same teams with the best advantages. I would like to see them do something in Mut for some sort of HF advantage though like let us use 1 or 2 homer abilities on offense and defense for free on our x-factor players. I never hear anyone talk about it so I'm assuming its not in mut.
