I’ve been away from madden for a while now and I’m just checking in. I haven’t played since 2-3 weeks before the first GT’s came out
How has the game changed since then? Is there any new metas? New glitches?

The new season gave out a strat card for that gives +7 speed and accel to every player on your team. Even early game cards are usable in terms of speed and accel now especially when if you use the theme team remix boosts.
I don't believe there's been an major glitches like the LTD or Egg Glitch.
