So I haven't really paid any attention to leveling up, but I'm actually going to do the challenges to get that NCAT Moss CB. Im in no rush but is there some way I should be staggering the solos to max xp? I've heard about some XP cap so i don't want to blow through the challenges if spreading them out will level me up quicker. Lvl 25 btw. Thanks

you get about a level a day doing all the challenges and the midfield pack.
Other than that you can repeat a challenge either 3 or 4 times and then you dont get anymore XP for it.

Maybe early on. Higher levels require 20k and 25k xp. Lowers are 10k.
You can earn XP on a star up to 3 times. I think it starts at 200xp per star, per quarter played and cuts in half the next 2 times. After the 3rd time earning the same star, no XP is granted.

So are you capped at 1 level per day? As in extra solos after that won't count? Or does the xp stop only for repeating already completed solos?

No. But just from dailies you get enough xp for about 1/2 a level at the point that you are at
