I I just bought back to back fan appreciation packs and they took my coins but the packs are not showing up.
Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried exiting the game, restarting, and then looking in your item binder for your purchases?
Sometimes doing that helps. You shouldn't have to go to such lengths, I get it, but that's EA for you.
