What is the pack that came with the Pre-order Golden Ticket pack?

I got my GT pack, and there was another pack that said Madden pre-order award and it said press square to customize.   I clicked off to open the GT pack and now it is gone.  It isn't in my Unopened Packs and I am not even sure what it was.

No, it is sellable.   I got Peppers and used him for a few games and really didn't like him all that well.   I sold him for $1.3M after AH tax.
