Buffalo has good QB options, a ton of good passing plays, some really good PA plays and good inside zones for short yardage runs.

I use chiefs playbook primarily for Off Meta
they have some good QB Option runs. Even they have the Bubble RPO that’s an option instead of an instant handoff. Pretty nicr

On Offense- Saints, Commanders, Lions, Bucs, Ravens, Chiefs.
On Defense- 46, Multi-D, Chiefs, Raiders.

Run n gun. Its the best for QB runs, playaction passes, and versitillity.
Also, if you need a defencive playbook 46 defence is really good, it stops the run game while being good at causing pressure to the QB to stop the pass.

Just use the ravens pb and run qb wrap out of spread dbl flex and have 2 receivers, 1 te and 2 rb in order to audible down to pistol strong slot. It is a fun offense to use but you need to use any offense for a long time in order to get good in it.
