Team looks good and Maniac can definitely fit in.
I don't have any upgrade suggestions unless you want to drop the Pats theme team

I don't see any ROLB's that could fit in with your Patriots Theme Team, but I can tell you some non-Pats players to put there instead.
Will Anderson Jr-Willie is a great card because of his stats but not the best with his abilities. Some notable ones, though, are these:
0 AP El Toro
0 AP BOGO
0 AP Tackle Supreme
Lawrence Taylor-The Ring of Honor inductees all have 2 0 AP ability buckets and he has some good abilities do go with those. Here they are:
0 AP Deflator
0 AP Double or Nothing
0 AP Edge Threat Elite
0 AP No Outsiders
0 AP Strip Specialist

I'd 100% grab Maniac, use his 1 AP Unstoppable Force and move Vrabel. You could also look into Alex Highsmith who also gets 1 AP Unstoppable Force like Maniac to have them active on both sides.
One note on Dickerson, if his 1 AP Freight Train doesn’t start on as it should, I'd take it off. I know that was the case yesterday, unfortunately.
