How crazy would the game be if we still had 12ap?

It would be nuts 😆 😆. It would be possible to have 7-8 x-factors on defense and 6-7 on offense since the BB ones are passive. I think I would love it but everyone would have the same abilities on their teams and KO's everywhere so its definitely a good thing we only have 6ap though I wish it was 8. I've grown to kind of like the ap change and how different players can put together different schemes like some zone ko's or a mcv scheme. It would be crazy if we still had 12ap though cause you could truly make some powered up cards.

There is a 3 X-Factor limit, remember?  Also, it would be pretty insane, with the AKA X-Factors...

With the BB players you can go over 3 cause their passive x-factor abilities don't count towards the 3 x-factors.

Technically speaking it’s still possible to have at least 6 total X factors on each side (including passive) even with the 6 AP limit.

IMO passive/aka X factors have ruined the game. They’re out of control regardless of the limit. Everyone still has the same abilities on their team and KOs are arguably more out of control than ever since there’s less AP to counter them with, even X factor abilities like double me and max security don’t always hold up against a KO. Gameplay has become too monotonous with the AP limit.

I disagree on the KOs part. It was previously possible for people to run all three KOs and pick artist on every CB. Now they can run at most two KOs, and they sacrifice spending AP on other parts of the defense. Before the AP change my physical receivers couldn't come down with the ball unless they had ten feet of separation on the CB. Now they can actually win their matchups like they're supposed to.

Only difference now is that since the AP update we’ve gotten two players with passive universal coverage which is essentially EVERY  KO ability rolled into one. You would have to spend a minimum of 5 or 6 AP just to put all KO abilities on a single DB so getting it on two of them for 3 AP total is far worse than anything we saw happening at 12 AP.

All the AP update did was force people to gravitate towards cards with the cheapest abilities and driving up GT prices since they get double 0 buckets. Nothing has changed, and I’m enjoying the game far less because some of my favorite players just don’t get good ability stacks.

Crazy perhaps, yes, but at least you would still be able to use TT players with a high boosted OVR that have now been rendered obsolete owing to a prohibitively high AP cost on abilities.

Not everything is about the OP X Factor players, something that EA clearly failed to understand.

(No, not at all bitter about not being able to put SP on my WW David Bakhtiari at the high expense of curtailing AP use on other players or anything.)

Oline should get 2 zero ability's minus nasty streak. The Gap shoots almost make the run game non existent

I'm actually really happy about the ap change, its the only way im still somewhat competitive online.

Get rid of x factors. Keep abilities, let's get back to football and not superheroes. More importantly let 2k sports take over

AKA Players and BB Players would cost millions due to their x-factors.
