Madden 23 ban in October

Got a ban in October, for what I have no clue but didnt care enough to bother playing anymore.....

Downloaded 23 still banned, banned on 22 (no clue why since i played that year out) also but can play MUT on older titles...

Will the ban continue on 24, because I cant get an answer from EA, and certainly want to know before I would purchase 24

You should send a letter to EA’s legal department saying you will take the path of arbitration if you don’t get unbanned. I did this last month and got unbanned after 4 weeks
