Your abilities should depend on your scheme. If you like running a Man Blitz scheme on defense, you should focus on upgrading your Secondary and adding Abilities like Inside Shade and Pick Artist, and adding Unstoppable force players like Furious George and Maniac to generate more pressure. If you want to run a Zone scheme, you should get CBs/Ss that get Zone KO's for 0-1 AP, (avoid Deep In Zone KO, I've heard the ability doesn't work like it's supposed to), etc...

In terms of upgrading your cards, I would focus on grinding for St.Brown, and selling Keenan Allen. If you want, you could either sell Hit-Man and get Sean T for 400k, if you don't care about losing Hit-Mans X-Factor, or you could sell Tank and try to get Furious George.

I’m sitting on around 2 mil, probably gonna try marcus peters in my slot with inside shade and pa for 1 ap

I agree with Br2nc0 about abilities complimenting scheme. What PB/scheme's are you running on O/D?

Honestly I’m pretty new so I’m just run a lot of bunch  formations on o and Nickle normal on d

Ok, gotcha. Here's what I'd try to do -

Offense:
WR: At least 1 Short In Elite to run corner routes. I'd probably take off Deep Out on Allen and do just Short In, or Short In with Route Tech if he's your slot. I'd then have Deep Out and Route Tech on Moss for 0 AP. Calvin can keep Short Out Elite which is great for beating Man Press.

TE: I'd have Red Zone Threat or Deep Out on Howard

OL: I think your abilities are fine, I'd look into a better RG with the Identifier/SP stack which Cappa gets. 

Defense - If you're in zone out of nickel Zone KO's are obviously very important. I'd try to get a new FS with 0-1 AP Deep Out Zone KO instead of Deep In (not a big fan of it). The new Fitzgerald OOP gets it for 0 AP and you can throw pick artist on him for 1 AP total.

I think the rest is fine.

Thanks I changed the offense so Keenan has short in and moss and Calvin have short out and route tech, I want o line upgrades but they are expensive, I’m also going to try Marcus peters in my slot and Coby at fs with mid zone and pa for 1, appreciate the help
