Here are some options - 

I'd suggest an AKA: The New Class Pass Rusher with 1 AP Unstoppable Force. Maniac (500k) or Groot (600k) are the 2 cheapest options. 

CB: I'd look into Cromartie (425k) or Pat Pete (590k) who are the 2 best Man corners in the game with their abilities. 

WR: Cris Carter (410k) or Chris Godwin (400k) would be great upgrades for Hall.

SS: While this isn’t a coin upgrade, I'd try to play the Team Diamond challenges for Isaiah Pola-Mao.

this is a really odd suggestion, but I'd probably get a new kicker like 98 justin tucker, cuz 86 isnt gonna do much on 60 or even 50 yard field goals

Pretty good budget team maybe look to get 0 ap secure pros to free up more ap for the offense. You could look at getting another user becaues quay is really good but 3 ap on him is a lot. You can get better runningback and qb duo for 800k. Steve mcnair 98 450k roughly gets slinger 3 got stack and right handed for 3 ap. Pass lead elite gunslinger fearless hot route master.  That leaves around 350k for runningback. Bo Jackson is still solid so is Chris Johnson.

The team is nice but i would recommend looking into the 99 TOTY John Madden sethttps://www.mut.gg/players/22684-john-madden/23-35022684/, You could get 2 98's bnd and a lt with 0 ap secure protector.
