Is the PS4 AH busted for anyone else?

Everytime I buy a card, it says "our servers cannot process your request..." but I log back into MUT and I have the card in my binder.

Edit - note, I've only bought cards from my binder (pressing L1 to search auctions) or from the Legends set section. I've not tried it going to the AH the normal vanilla way

I just bought a card of the AH going in from the main MUT menu and got the same thing.

Same behavior on Xbox. I even tried using the app and it has similar issues.
