There's a lot you can add. The o line could use upgrades all across for the most part. You could use another wide receiver like moss. The defensive line you have going is pretty nasty. You could add Groot and be set there. The first thing I would add is a cornerback. I know your Eric Allen is probably leveled up, but he has a height disadvantage against some of the better wide receivers. There is deign sanders ring of honor and sauce Gardner Team of the year which are great cards. Also, marlon Humphrey team of the year card was another free card I picked up through challenges which played really well for me.

Offense: WR 2 and 3 Could use upgrades (98's if possible but some 97's are still useable) Lineman can also use some upgrades but depending on what abilities you use it could be semi-useable for the time being. A better fullback too would help (Reggie Gilliam is only about 215k https://www.mut.gg/players/21398-reggie-gilliam/23-46421398/)

Defense: CB's Need Upgraded ASAP, the new WR's coming out will make it seem like they don't exist, also need some more height there as well. ROLB could also use an upgrade (Khalil Mack through the field pass or a good cheap-ish one with good abilities is Boye Mafe for about 250k https://www.mut.gg/players/22153-boye-mafe/23-45522153/).
