Jackrabbit or NTL? Best cb's?

I just realized that JR gets 49ers chems and since I just switched to a 49ers TT is he worth getting vs NTL? It seems with his x-factor then you can get one step ahead along with pick artist for half the game. Or make it to Where you have a higher chance knocking out balls with his other x-factor cause he has 3 of them to choose from. Is Jackrabbit worth getting compared to players like NTL? 

I'm still using Free agent Marcus Peters and his 2ap inside shade and Acrobat total. My other cb's are Deion and Sauce as my 1 and 2 and Carmicheal as my 4-6 speed package CB and Champ as my 4th coverage cb. I know I need to upgrade my last 2 cb's. I like Carmicheal cause he has about 81 bks and decent hit power for the 4-6 speed package.
