I usually sub in no outsiders on my DE's then sub in LB' with ST/Enforcers/Inside Stuff whatever is free, then do the same with DB's. I basically have a second team as backups strictly for stopping the run.
96 Carter OOP (CB) is a good one to pick up, 6'3 with great tackle n hit power that gets ST free.
Definitely use inside stuff on your tackles
What both the above posters said. Run cover 4 out of the 3-4, has the best run fits for most situations.
