Probably never because so many people are wanting it back to trade cards from alts to mains (which is the whole reason it got taken down in the first place).

Literally don't understand how people have side accounts anyways, I thought that if you make another account on your console, you cant play online because it doesn't have ps plus?

On XBox, it takes like three clicks to switch accounts. There's literally a "Switch User" option on the main menu.

as long as u have one psn account with ps plus activated on ur console, u can play online with any other accounts on ur ps
