Unfortunately most upgrades are going to be expensive so you can probably only get 1 player if at all
On the offense, I would recommend an aka back, Getting your guards to 98, or keeping red tornado but getting a new starting c as well eventually.
On defense, corner feels like your weakest position so I would start there and look at the 98s and 99s.

i would agree the Aqib Talib card will be the best cheapest offer for a CB. Plus he's got some good abilities.
