This is my first year playing MUT, so I went back and looked at the player database for last year. Last year there were far fewer 98 Ultimate Legends. There were only 14 last year, and after tomorrow there will have been 25 UL 98's so far this year, and just 2 99's. There were 40 99's issued last year. Does anyone remember what the timeframe for the promo was last year?
