Haven't looked through the whole thread so this may have been said, but football players from movies would be awesome. Forrest Gump, the waterboy, and some guys from the longest yard. There's other people that I can't think of off the top of my head. Another cool one would be celebs who actually played pro/college football like The Rock or Terry Crews.

Live update cards, where as players perform well IRL they get upgrades in game, so the cards are more of an investment on how good a player is

I would want a promo called power promo where the players on offense have high truck break tackle and pass or run block power and on defense players with high hit power power moves etc. So people like Sean Taylor derrick Henry Patrick willis

I think it was madden 19 but they used to have a filter on the AH for players who have been booked in the system for crimes

My answer: I would want to do a promo that rewards activeness so I think everyday you log on you get a random set trivia questions  (different for every one so you can’t cheat) and the more you get right the better rewards you get.

A “What If” promo seeing players that never lived up to their hype with a Crazy card! Or certain players to a new certain team voted on by the community! Like TB12 to SF or Manziel/David Carr!

Many of still have quite a few legend cards leftover. Many of us also received this game for Christmas and weren’t able to get all the totw cards to make that set for a ToTy card. 

So I recommend the legend cards be used for the totw set.

Definitely a nicknames promo. For example, Marshawn Lynch as Beast Mode, William Perry as the refrigerator, Deion Sanders as Prime Time, Walter Payton as Sweetness, Jerome Bettis as The Bus (probably really OP), and many more. The list goes on

A Social Stars Promo, where Madden YouTubers or streamers would be in MUT, and their favorite team could be their chem (Ex. KayKayEs would be the Chargers, YoBoy Pizza would be the Steelers, etc.). They get to pick their position and everything. The animation could be a mouse clicker clicking on the card. I would put this promo in around where combine is now, because after the NFL season, most people play madden or watch madden videos on YouTube.

Possible Players:

TDBarrett - Titans (he played QB irl, so probably QB)

KayKayEs - Chargers

MMG - Lions (highly doubtful, considering his relationship with EA, master if included)

Throne (Don't know his favorite team, could be a LTD)

YoBoy Pizza - Steelers (Possible Master / LTD if no MMG)

Bengal - Bengals

etc.

Also, you could have LTDs of real players that actually play Madden, like Derwin James or Tyreek Hill.

Hahaha… Could be “the good and the bad”. The “good” could be the WPMOTY winners and the “bad” would be those bad boys you mentioned.
