I have around 1.2 million coins to spend. What should I do from here? btw this is after opening all my eggs. Also, which team has the best playbook?

For playbooks, it all depends on what you like to run. 
Some popular ones this year are as follows - Lions for Tight, Bunch, and Bunch TE. Colts/Eagles for Tight Y Off HB wk and Bunch Offset, Chargers for Tight Offset and other formations, and Patriots for U Trips, Trips, and Bunch.

Upgrades

Pass Rusher: Maniac 750k - Gets 1 AP Unstoppable Force, plus 1 AP DoN. He also gets 0 AP Inside Stuff or No Outsiders. Groot and Furious George both have similar abilities. 

I'd upgrade your CB2 at some point, but focus on your pass rusher first.

I'd also consider madden at LT for 0 ap secure protector eventually
