do you need him to block? Or is he basically a wide receiver?

blocking: Mark Andrews, Freiermuth, or Metzelaars would be great choices. 
 

receiving: Vernon Davis (his X factor is severely underrated), or Jeremy shockey (currently priced at a small rental fee)

best of both worlds: Tony G but he’s a little expensive. 
 

budget: delanie Walker or Unicorn are both still very good. 
 

and I agree. Gronk’s time has come and gone by now.
