Players with 2 Free Abilities (In separate buckets)

I'm aware that the 99 ROH players, and the 98 Gamechanger players all are able to equip 2 free abilities at the same time. But with the introduction of TD2, it kinda seems like EA has started preventing cards from receiving 2 free abilities (In separate buckets)

If this is the case, I'm curious to see if someone has created a list of all the players who get 2 free abilities at once.

I’d assume gold 99s are able to get two free ability buckets via like mahomes and brrady get gunslinger free in anotehr bucket then the ROH have a built in ability

thats why  I see the game changer token up grades as glorified gold 99s by getting the second free ability

I thought the same, but the New Pola-Moa card can only equip 1 free ability. Kinda strange how cards like Warrick Dunn or Yanda could equip 2 free abilities months ago, but (many) of the newly released players only can equip 1 at a time. It leaves me to think that the cards who can equip 2 free abilities at once maybe will become more valuable if EA stops releasing these kinds of cards.
