What is the best thing I can do with 900k in coins? whether to build my team, or get more coins.

Hold until Thursday then buy if you are looking to buy more than one position.  If people are pulling packs for TD2 there should be lots of cheaper cards that would help low overall teams.

Your whole team needs upgraded essentially to get everyone 97+

Start with WR then CB then line then work from there

If you haven’t done the John Madden set for LT I would do that. I see you have TOTY players, are they bound?

I already have him, my lineup isn't as updated because I downgraded my RB to an AKA player and got rid of my second corner and safety before their prices plummeted.

What I would do (if you haven't already done this) are the Black History Month challenges and sell off the cards they'll replace. 

Dunn is an incredibly fast back that's on the small side but viable even today. 

Boldin on a theme team should have 99 SPD and 99 ACC. Plus, he's a big body that can go up for catches. 

Both defensive ends are solid, if not spectacular. 

Leonard is a good card. He's nowhere close to his Maniac card but he gets the job done. 

All the BHM cards can have any team chemistry and if all 5 are in your lineup they all get boosts.
