Looking to build a 3-4 defense can anyone pitch in some advice or build me a line up much appreciated

If I were you, I’d pick a defense like multiple, that would allow me to run 3-4, 4-3, 5-2, etc. For the 3-4 alignment, make sure your DT gets inside stuff for 0AP if possible, and maybe look for the same thing on your ends. OLB’s with pass rushing abilities would help - Charles Haley, Mike Vrabel, Clay Matthews, etc. Hard to give pointers with out knowing your team and coin stack situation.

Bnd are bhm defenders, xavien Howard 96, awuzie96,Marcus peters96,Jaylon smith 97,Mike singletary,  Hamilton SS 96 99 madden 97 Adam’s have 1.5mill sorry thought I posted that’s on me
