Waddle, Amon ra, lamb, and any of the toty wide receivers, who should I get out of those guys?

lamb had the best ability buckets of all those receivers. I’d go 1) Lamb 2) ToTY Justin Jefferson 3) Jamarr Chase

Probably Lamb because of his ability stack. 0 AP for Short In Elite and Short Out Elite.

Also do you just use short in and short out on him, I don’t know what else I should put on him, could you give me a good ability setup

Yes Short In and Short Out is probably the best stack for him.
