I'd start upgrading C and Guards and then CB3.
This is what I'd upgrade for now -
C: Red Tornado 250-300k- Build his set to get the 93 OVR then all you need is the 88 to fully Power him up. He's great and gives a nice motivator boost.
LG: Muti 160k- Nice with 0 AP Nasty Streak or Post Up.
RG: Teller 150k- Has 0 AP Identifier which is nice for H2H.
