Around a month ago I was suddenly banned from my account for no reason and I filed a claim to dispute the action.
I received a response to my ban dispute today and they say that they can't even tell me why I was banned or which rule I supposedly broke. They are upholding the ban.
I've read the terms and rules they sent me carefully. I am not a cheater - don't even know how to cheat in this game. The only thing I am guilty of is sometimes using the same formation and play often. I know a lot of people do this and it doesn't appear to break any official rules.
Is it possible that someone reported me for simply beating them in a game? Has anyone else had this experience?
I'm 41 years old and would get my ass kicked by kids often in this game, but Madden is one of the few things I enjoy doing after a long day work.
I have to admit that I have spent some money on packs and like all of us have invested a lot of time into this. I am really pissed off at EA - right now enough to even think about pursuing legal action.
