Is my game glitched?

I have Danny dimes and gus the bus activated X factors on my line up with nobody else having an X factor and it says limit 3/3. did I miss something?

It does this at times when exchanging X's. The game seems to get easily confused by itself lol. There are a couple of ways I've had to deal with this, but I've had the best success by completely removing any players with X-Factors from your lineup (push square on their card then remove from lineup, NOT position). Then add them back into your lineup, go into the screen and activate their abilities/X's.
