I'd start by replacing all of your <90's and working from there. Playing through the promo solos is a great way to get some free upgrades. I'd start with the BHM challenges and knock out those objectives for the upgraded versions which all give a boost to each other (when all 5 are in your lineup).
I feel like the following upgrades will get you in the right direction -
RT: 94 Wylie (100k) and throw 1 AP Edge Protector on him
LG: 95 Muti (175k) and throw 0 AP Post up on him
FS: 95 Peppers (150k)
SS: 95 Bo Jackson (140k) and throw Deep Out Zone KO + Pick Artist on him 1 AP stack
CB: 96 Vick (220k) and throw Deep Out Zone KO + Pick Artist on him 1 AP stack
