I would say that you get the 98 ovr Talanoa Hufanga because the SS is the worst position you have right now

With 15M you can get your team pretty much as good as possible. This will give you a good idea of what to grab if you want to keep your Panthers TT - https://www.mut.gg/theme-teams/carolina-panthers/?include_all=on
What I would go for first:
Offense
C: UL Pouncey with Secure Protector and Post Up for 1 AP (Very good ability combo for all OL at this point)
WR: 98 FA Odell who gets 32 team chems
Defense
CB: I'd replace Bradberry with a TOTY CB or UL Tillman/Blount
Special Teams
P: The Scottish Hammer for his motivator boosts. He gets to a 99 with Legatron's motivator boosts.
