What is2-3 players that are the best from toty to pick up

If you don't run a TT, Derwin James is probably the best. 

I didn't pick him though cause I run a Steelers TT and needed Minkah Fitz and Cam Heyward instead, and then took Jalen Ramsey from solos

Sauce, Derwin, T. Williams

"Best" player is subjective.  It depends on what your team looks like, what scheme you run and your play style.  Trent Williams is a great LT, Derwin is one of the best users in the game, Sauce and Ramsey are two lockdown corners, Jefferson is an amazing receiver etc, etc.

Keep in mind if you need a LT you can buy the 2 cheapest TOTY players you can find, do the Madden set and then pick out 2 BND. I did this to get Sauce and Ramsey and then picked Derwin from the solos.

I got sauce gets burned a bit have derin he’s insane think ima get Ramsey at slot cuz I have Jaylen Watson as my second my corners will be really good for a while
