Just save, nothing is going to be that much an improvement. Maybe something from FA or UL this week

No Stabler? 

If you want a QB to switch out, Vicks probably your best bet. 
Then RG3/Herbert

A great replacement for Mahomes is Stabler, Vick, or Herbie. Other than that, I think I'd save the rest of your coins for new releases.
