TOTY Parsons vs Nolan Smith?

Anyone have experience using TOTY Parsons and Nolan Smith? How do they compare? I'm thinking about choosing Parsons as my BND TOTY from the solos to replace Nolan Smith.

I like Nolan Smith so far, but Parsons would be +2 maybe 3 overall on my team and save 1 AP for the same abilties. Other than Parsons, I'm not sure who to choose. I already have Bosa and Ramsey BND from doing the Madden set.
