A RB that gets at least 5 yards a carry and breaks for big runs, and I have Quadfather but I noticed he was getting stopped more easily

i would say leon sandcastle if old gen, he gets human joystick evasive, and tank for 2 ap

Quad is the best if you want to use zero skill or effort. Otherwise use a running back that best fits your play style
