Looking for help on this one.
Wired connection & getting 125mb download when do test via ps5. Game loads but keep getting the following msg :
Cannot connect to ea servers
We cannot process your request at this time
Cannot retrieve your progress.
When do get on to mut manage to buy a pack or open one from earlier time online but then kicks me out 😞
Thought about reinstalling game but wondered if others had log in problems & what did?
Been like this since Fri evening

Try unlinking your EA account from the. PlayStation net work then re-linking it. It worked for me.

I've had this message for about 3 months and I still can't get onto any game modes. I hope you do better but I would check whether your account is banned
