Could you please help me choose an offense and defence scheme and what plays to try out using the scheme based off these players. any help is appreciated

You don’t want to base your scheme off of your team, unless you run a tt that’s specific to one scheme. You want to build your team around your scheme, so it can be whatever you want as long as you build around it. Personally, I run gun tight TE offset from the saints pb, along with some other formations mixed in, and any nickel/dime/dollar is good for defense, dollar is probably the best tho. These are pretty meta schemes so if you want to learn how to play them, it’s easy to find on YouTube
