Have about 650k, and I want a qb, wr, and cb, but dont know who

any suggestions?

I would recommend using the TOTY on one of the QBs.

At WR, Andre Reed and Chris Olave are good options.

At CB, Michael Vick, Kaiir Elam or PS2.
