Everything looks pretty good. Starting with your oline, I'd quicksell cappa and move nate davis back to RG. With the coins you make from the qs, pick up Super Bowl Jason Kelce for your LG. The rest of your offense looks good, I wouldn't keep Cross at LT for a while, so look to upgrade that very soon. As for your defense, its pretty weak overall. If you haven't chosen your free TOTY bnd (which i assume is jefferson on your offense), pick up either sauce, ramsey, or marlon humphrey with that pick. Also a really good deep ss for me has been Rodney Harrison, so i'd suggest getting him. Upgrade your pass rush too, Nolan Smith and Milk Man are some good, cheaper options. If you include your AP setup as well i could give you some advice on that.
