Jefferson. Jefferson gets free DOE, while Chase gets it for 1 AP. Both get 1 AP Route Tech, and Jefferson get Slot-o-Matic for 1 AP while Chase gets it for 5. However, Chase gets mid out for 0 AP, while Jefferson gets it for 3. Jefferson has Possession Catches trait, while Chase does not. Chase is likely better suited to run after the catch, but there likely won't be many opportunities for that outside of the slot, and with 5 AP Slot-o-matic (although he does get SIE for free), there is no real reason to put him in the slot.

Love the breakdown. I'm thinking of getting a new WR was comparing them and saw those differences. Depending on the style of play also affects the player production. Thinking of getting Jefferson for those reasons.
