Lineup help

I have very few coins to work with, only the ones on the non-bnd cards  I have the combine strat boosting combine players.  I don't run a particular offensive system, whatever is working. ON defence I run nickel cover 3 and the occasionally tampa 2 for 5wide  and some man blitzes. Any help is appreciated and advice on abilities would be great.

For now just save up coins but you should try to get some WR upgrades in the future

Your team is coming along nicely, make sure you do all solos that you can stomach, at this point you may just wait until Thursday when new season starts to begin your grind.  The CP rewards you with a 94 WW player at 90 CP which is very doable so look into getting that as well as the 200 CP player which is 96 OVR DT Siragusa.  Try to avoid spending coins if you still have a good stack of solos to do, hopefully you have completed TOTW since TOTY drops Thursday and you'll get a free one with all TOTW tokens, if not, grind those out now, they're very fast to do, just a lot to go through which will keep you busy for a couple of hours if you haven't done any.

Should I sell flacco? Get coins for him and use my token/free player on TOTY QB?
