Best strategy cards for offense and defense

I don’t know what strat cards to use My carmichael and christian watson are both stuck at 98 I use purple route tree what would get them to 99. On defense I use gold ball hawk and my ps2 is at 98 is there one that would make him 99? Ik know overall doesn’t matter its just a personal preference thing.

if you already have max throw power on your QB then those two are some of the best Strat items in the game I'm not sure what we might have in a few days but yeah those are the best ones.
