what should I upgrade and I’m getting a toty qb

What’s you current budget and offensive/defensive schemes?

Biggest areas of concern here are CBs, offensive line (minus center and right guard), WR, and linebackers (do you not use them due to them not animating without Lurker?). HB and defensive line also need some help, but the first four I listed need more help first.

I don’t want to give specific suggestions without knowing your budget as I do not want to give any suggestions that cost too much or are pretty cheap for the coin stack you might have.

I was thinking getting toty qb and getting a rod with the aka tokens and  I use hit man as my user but I only have 40k rn and can’t get a wr but I’m going to get siragusa from comp pass

Yea… def work on that coin stack. 40k can’t get you much at all. Take advantage of any free players you can get via challenges/CFP.
