Wasn't the biggest fan of Burrow....
If you want a QB like Leon go with Lamar (same release, also a scrambler; only downside is very pricy AP-wise)
If you still want a decently fast QB then 94 speed Mahomes is the way to go. Arguably the best QB in the game. 0 AP Gunslinger, 1 AP Fearless, and your choice of HRM or PLE (both 2 AP).

Ability wise, Burrow is really good, but I do not like the Slinger 5 release. It feels really REALLY slow to me. As a budget option, I would go with someone like Randall Cunningham who gets Slinger, Fearless, and PLE for 4 AP total with a good deep ball release. For a more expensive option, I'd go with Joe Flacco over Mahomes or Brady right now cause he gets all those good abilities for 3 AP and has the best release in the same (slinger 1).

There are so many good QB's now but I've been using either Brady or Mahomes. The new A-Rod is very solid with his release. Haven’t personally tried Burrow, but he does seem to have a competitive ability stack.
